Hi there. Welcome to Vital Significance. I'm Zayd Jawad and I believe that it is essential to invest our time wisely, simply because that which we invest in will grow.
My mission is to teach social entrepreneurs how to invest their time in the things that cultivate greater health and fitness in body, mind, and spirit so that we'll always have the energy we need to get the job done to enact change despite the challenges that are always there.

I've learned the importance of investing your time for fitness after struggling for more than 10 years with an extremely rare degenerative disorder called Hunter's syndrome. I have to practice what I preach every day just so my body won't break down.
