When you wake up in the morning make an effort to make your first thought something that you want to experience in the day.
For example, if you want more gratitude or forgiveness in your day, make sure to think of that first.
You will start seeing opportunities to practice these throughout your day.
Exercise Two: Find a Good Thing
This exercise is simple but powerful. Everytime adversity strikes you ask yourself the question: what good is there in this situation?
This will empower you to transform any challenge into something that can move you forward wherever you are in your life.
