I think all people from all age groups who are thinking in starting work outs, exercise and body fittness but are discouraged by gym account's price, having the right personal trainer, etc of the excuses ; all those people including me should lsiten to this interview. The questions were to the point . The answers were very realistic and this is in fact what we need to hear ! it is us who should be empowered and motivated to do the work no one else.
